Are these placed in the boot liner for inline skates?

Are these placed in the boot liner of inline skates or in between the the boot liner and the skates?
Asked by: Milkbox
These insoles are placed in the bottom of the skate boot, and your foot is placed directly on top. Putting these into skates is just like replacing the insoles of a tennis shoe.

Do these insoles go by hockey skate or shoe skate size?

Asked by: Heipfam
These would be based off your skate size. Then you can trim the length for the perfect fit.
