PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Warrior Swagger catch glove is a Sr. Pro level glove with Elite-level protection.  The palm is beefy enough to minimize stingers, yet the dual break zones allow the glove to be opened and closed relatively easily.  The pocket features a double-pronged or split-T web construction which acts to reduce the spin of the puck upon impact and reduce pop outs.  A two-piece cuff and thumb protector provide for good wrist mobility.

The back on the glove opens completely for drying, and once inside you'll notice three backhand adjustment straps - one on the wrist, one on the back of the hand, and one on the back of the fingers.  A wrist pillow helps soften impacts to the cuff and also creates a tighter fit between the wrist strap and the glove palm for a snug fit.

Additional features include:

  • Two-piece thumb and cuff box construction for optimum wrist mobility
  • Flared cuff box for puck deflection
  • Hinged break allows for maximum open surface
  • Dual break zones for controlled closure
  • Three-point internal strapping system includes easy-access wrist strap, comfort backhand, and finger stall strap
  • Mesh finger stall venting
  • Antimicrobial V-Tek liner wicks moisture
  • Two-pronged pocket construction increases surface and depth
  • High-density foam fingertip protection
  • Multi-flex backhand protection

Keys to a Proper Fit:

  • The goalie's fingers should extend out to the end of the finger stalls of the inside palm to ensure a proper fit. However, any more than 1/2" from the tip of the goaltender's finger to the end of the finger stall and the goaltender will not have the leverage needed to properly close and control the glove.

  • The heel of your hand should line up with the heel and cuff of the catcher. If not, the proper balance between the cuff and catching portion of the glove may be disturbed, making the glove too cumbersome while sacrificing protection.
