PRODUCT Q & A

Will this blade fit a Reebok Sickick 7v* tapered shaft?

I've got a Reebok Sickick 7v* tapered shaft, 110 flex. Will this Bauer blade fit in my shaft? The geometry of the opening almost looks like a trapezoid, with the two longer walls spreading apart a little bit.
Asked by: Heipfam
I would think it would be able to fit. May require a little wiggling and elbow grease but should work out fine.

Will this blade fit on a Nexus 1000 that broke at the blade?

My nexus 1000 broke at the blade and I was planning on cutting off the blade and putting on a replacement.
Asked by: Anonymous
One piece sticks are not designed to withstand a blade. The dimensions wouldn't work and the integrity of the stick would be compromised along with the performance.

Most use heat guns, but the easiest way is to hold over the stove for a couple minutes or so.

Will this blade fit a Easton EQ50 shaft?

I have a broken Easton EQ50 composite stick. The blade broke and I'm wondering if I can cut the blade off from the shaft and use the Bauer APX blade as a replacement.
Asked by: Anonymous
It is a very tricky situation when trying to put a cut off blade into a broken stick. You would have to apply the glue yourself and hope that the blade will fit. Most Bauer blades are designed specifically to fit Bauer shafts.

Is there a difference between the X60 blade and the APX blade?

Asked by: Anonymous
The Bauer APX is Bauer's newest top-of-the-line stick within their Vapor Line. The X60 was the 2010 top end model in that line. Both have the Lightweight TeXtreme construction and the dual density blade core but the APX has the eLASTech technology for increased durability.
