Like the U+ 02, the CCM U+ 04 ABS Stick uses a multi-laminated construction and rounded shaft corner radius ensuring a durable and comfortable stick.  However, the U+ 04 uses an ABS blade which can be used on all surface types, but is ideal for rough surfaces.
