Total Hockey Hosts 4th Annual Goalie Demo

Total Hockey announces it's 4th annual Goalie Demo. The 2011 event was held on Saturday, May 14 in Minnesota; Saturday, May 21 in Chicago; and Sunday, May 22 in the St. Louis Area.

Minnesota's event was Saturday May 14 from 12: 30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Plymouth Ice Center in Plymouth Minn. Chicago's event was Saturday May 21 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Darien Sportsplex in Darien, Ill. The St. Louis Goalie Demo was Sunday May 22 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Hardee's Ice Plex in Chesterfield, Mo. The event was free for the public.

Goalie equipment vendors from across the nation set up booths and showcased the best pieces of the 2011 lines of equipment. This year's vendors include Bauer, Brian’s, Hackva, Reebok, Sherwood, Vaughn and Warrior. Goalies in attendance have the opportunity to try on the equipment and personally test out the products on the ice as players take shots on goal. In addition, representatives from goalie camps throughout the area will be available to share the benefits of their camps.

Total Hockey has been known for its wide selection of goalie gear, but now they are taking the goalie experience to the next level. Offering sizing for the beginner level to the pro, Total Hockey now has the largest selection and widest variety of goalie equipment in terms of brands, sizing and customization.

The Goalie Demo was created with the intent of bringing together all of major goalie brands under one roof, along with the experts, to allow goalies the chance to test out that new gear they’ve had their eye on, ask questions and get answers. It’s a day entirely dedicated to goalies.

Representatives from each manufacturer were present to provide technical information about each product including equipment construction, customization options and modifications. They also were  available to answer any questions and specifics about the equipment.

Total Hockey staff members were also on hand to provide their hockey expertise, assist in proper fitting and to help determine the best goalie equipment for your game. Custom orders are available, so this was the perfect opportunity to try out all of the latest gear firsthand and then get your favorite products tailored to your specific needs and personal preference.

All goalies in attendance received a 10% discount coupon to Total Hockey and were entered in a raffle to win a $100 Total Hockey gift card. Discount coupons must be redeemed in stores by May 31. The Goalie Demo was free to the public.
