Elbow pads protect the arm from the bicep extension of the shoulder pads to the cuff of the gloves, leaving no part of the arm exposed. Players should look for a good range of motion in elbow pads. The elbow should fit comfortably in the center of the cup and should not twist or slide on the arm. Also, look for a pad that provides forearm protection. The end of the elbow pad should meet the cuff of the glove. Elbow pad sizing is based on height.
