Gift Cards are the perfect solution to send the right gift to your hockey or lacrosse friends,
family, coworkers and teammates. Gift Cards can be used online at all of Total Hockey's
subsidiaries or at any retail location. Score big this season by giving someone
special a gift card to their favorite hockey and lacrosse stores.
To purchase a Gift Card online, simply
select your favorite graphic image from the drop down menu and enter the dollar
amount you wish to purchase (up to $999). Next, add the item to your cart. If you
have any questions, simply call us toll-free at 866.929.6699 and a Customer Service
Representative will gladly help you. You can also purchase Gift Cards at any retail
store. All gift cards are valid in-store and online.
What is the Difference Between a Gift Card and a Gift Reward?
A Gift Card is an item you purchase uploaded with your desired value amount. A Gift
Reward is earned through the Breakaway Rewards program, in which you accrue points
with every purchase. After accumulating points, Gift Rewards are issued to Breakaway
members to redeem for purchases in store or online.
Gift Cards can be redeemed both in-store and online. For online purchases, select
the items you wish to buy, add them to your cart and click Begin Checkout. After
you log-in or create a new account, complete your shipping address and select your
shipping method, you will be prompted to enter Payment Information (Step 4 of Checkout).
This is where you can enter the Gift Card code found on the front of the Gift Card
to redeem on this purchase. If the Gift Card does not cover the total of your purchase,
you will be asked to enter your credit card information to pay the remaining balance.
If the Gift Card amount is more than the total price of your purchase, the remaining
balance will stay on the Gift Card and can be applied to future purchases.
For in-store purchases, simply present the Gift Card to the cashier at checkout and
the amount will be applied to your purchase. Any remaining balance will remain on
the Gift Card for future use.
Gift Cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Only one Gift Card can be applied to each online order.
- Gift Cards never expire or discount in any value from the original
You can check your balance by visiting any Total Hockey retail location or calling
Customer Service at 866.929.6699. Just log in to your account, click on Check Your
Balance and follow the instructions. You will be asked to enter the Gift Card code
located on the front of the card.
Do I Need to Keep My Gift Card After I've Used It?
Yes. You should keep your Gift Card until you have redeemed it completely. Other
reasons to keep your Gift Card include:
- If you choose to return the merchandise ordered with a Gift Card
- If we cannot fulfill your order and do not charge your account
If the balance available on your Gift Card is less than the total cost of your order,
you will be asked to provide credit card information. If you choose to pay by phone,
you must call in your credit card number to 866.929.6699 and a Customer Service
Representative will be happy to place your order for you.
Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards may be canceled and replaced with a new Gift Card
in the amount of the then remaining balance upon proof as required by Total Hockey,
Inc. The terms and conditions of this card are governed by the laws of the state
