FLAT RATE SHIPPING

$7.99 flat rate Shipping On all orders. Please keep in mind that this only applies to normal ground delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories are not eligible.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery date estimates appear when you are selecting a shipping method while ordering. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a "Confirmation" email indicating we have received your order, a "Processed" email saying we have found the items you want and are packing them, and a "Shipped" email with a tracking number indicating that you have been charged and the item has shipped.

Please Note: You will receive a "Shipped" email with a tracking number from us at the time UPS takes your package. The number is not actively tracking your package until UPS logs the package at their central hub.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

There are a variety of options for delivery. Please note that the times in the delivery description (e.g. "Next Day Air") only describe the carrier's time frame once they have picked up your order. "Next Day Air" does not necessarily mean you will get your equipment the day after you place your shipping method if standard shipping is faster. For instance, if standard shipping would take two days and you chose "Three Day Select," we reserve the right to use standard shipping.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are strictly prohibited from shipping Warrior, Easton, Bauer/Mission, and Reebok/CCM products internationally due to their company policies. We would be happy to ship these items to a friend or relative in United States.

  1. Why did only half my order arrive?

Ultimately, there are two reasons for that. One, if you ordered a lot of gear or items that don't easily fit in the same box, then your order might have shipped in separate boxes and the other box(es) haven't arrived. The other reason would be if an item from your order is on back order. We try to ship you what we can as fast as we can so we will always ship the rest of your order immediately and send the back ordered item when it arrives.
